tutu halter dress–: prom dress?
i discovered this black and white halter dress that i actually liked but i couldn’t locate a small enough size. . . it was kind fitting about the waist then flarred out into this modest sort of tutu is factor that came down just above my knee.

Does anyone know wut kindof style this dress is so i can find other spots that could have it? sorry i do not have a much better description but i’m kinda desperate =D

In fact, you know what I’ve discovered about formal dresses? They seldom match you effectively off the rack.

My assistance: get 1 that fits you somewhat decently not too tight anywhere, and get it altered. Altering doesn’t cost as much as you’d believe. That’s going to save you the frustration of attempting to locate a excellent fitting dress (it won’t happen lol)
