Question: What is the point of asking for makeup help if you are going to keep calling yourself ugly?
I am tired of reading girl’s questions in the makeup catagory that ask if people think they are ugly. Especially when girls argue with the people who tell them they are not ugly. If you already know you are hideous and noone is going to change your mind, don’t bother people just so you can fish for compliments and then argue with the answers. If you want to look better ask for makeup tips, don’t insult yourself. What is the point of asking for beauty help when you are sure you are going to still be unattractive?

The only thing I can think of it that the girl is insecure and believes that the compliments were said to make her feel better rather than being true. That would explain the arguing. The only other thing is that they are merely fishing for compliments and trying to pull off being modest.

Other than that there is no point.

ugh..i know im with u on that one!! i think that the gurlz r just trying to be modest cuz they WANT ppl to be giving them compliments…but they got to face it…those compliments arent going to make them prettyer!! harsh..i know but its about time they face reality!!

I don’t believe that people are necessarily insecure when they ask this question-just looking for an ego boost. It really annoys the heck out of me when I am looking in the makeup category and I see these types of questions-like get a life already! I wish those questions could be banned.

I know!! It annoys me soooo much….if you’re unattractive, you’re unattractive. get over it and get a life. fishing for compliments online isn’t gonna get you anywhere.
