Q&A: does anyone have any eye makeup tips?
hi everyone:)
im 16 and need some advice on how to wear my eyeliner
i want my eyes to look impressive, so wondering if anyone can give tips?
i dont really like putting eyeliner on the waterline of my eye – it just smudges and comes off really quickly!
any advice would be great, as well as any other general makeup tips

just thought i’d mention:

i think eyeliner looks gorgeous on the waterline and to stop it smudging and coming off, you simply put a small amount of powder on top. Literally, any powder. Eyeshadow is best but I have used baby powder before on an eyeshadow brush! But yeah, if you want to look bold, put a thick line on your top lash line and same on the bottom, and a small flick at the corner. If you want it to look smoky, blend in with your little finger and maybe add some grey eyeshadow. The best thing to do is experiment x

If you always make a mess with liquid eyeliner (i do) you should use a eyeliner pencil on top of you your eye and then put the liquid eyeliner on so you’re basically tracing it. Also, always wait for the liquid eyeliner to dry before you do anything else otherwise it will smudge.
If you want your eyes to look impressive you shouldn’t wear eyeshadow as this will take away the colour of your eyes and instead just use a little black eyeliner on top of your eye and a little pencil eye liner from the corner of your eye that’s closest to your ear to the middle of your eye under the pupil when you look straight. The eyeliner should get fader, on the bottom line, as it get’s closer to the middle.

do not focous on you eyes , use products like flatliner which goes on so easy on eyes but before anything get waterproof eyes which you can find n cvs @ nyc color the really cheap make up! when your done with the liner take some mascara not a lot and apply a generous ammount on both eyes ,smokey eyes were sooooooo last season funk them up your young and you probly love to wear colors , mx and match different shades ! try blush and lip gloss they work too even a small ammount of bronzer will do the trick!
