Ignore that as*hole that mentioned it cannot be classy. I feel 1 of the classiest tops are halters, but it varies depending on style and on how you incorporate it.
I am going to guess that it has a decrease hem (as in closer to the hip than the waist)
Put on it with a black skirt that comes anyplace from ankle to knee, but it has to cover the knee, something larger will appear trashy. Add some “bling” like earings, a bracelet and a necklace that falls closer to your collar bone than your bosom. Throw in some strappy heels and a rather updo with a couple of curls, immediate gorgeous.

that would be wonderful. those types are genuinely excellent for larger girls, because it accents the thinnest component of your physique, then flares out at the thicker parts.
