I really like these long sleeve cotton shirts from Soffe, they are versatile and easily worn in many situations. Sometimes I wear these as layering with an outer short sleeve shirt, or I can wear these with some sweats when I’m at home just relaxing or even for light workouts.

One note I would like to make..if you like your shirts worn with a little breathing room, I recommend you buy one size up. I normally wear Large, but my instincts told me to go with X-large. When the shirts arrived, the X-large felt roomy and cormfortble(which meant a large would’ve been slightly snug).

The navy color I got looks good. The material is neither too thick nor too thin, just right for these type of shirts. It’s also 100% cotton, which is what I prefer. Lastly, these shirts are priced reasonbly(under eight bucks each).

This review is from: Soffe Men’s Men’S Long Sleeve Cotton T-Shirt (Apparel)

This was my second purchase of Soffe Men’s Long Sleeve Cotton T-Shirt(s), so when I ordered I thought I knew what I was getting. Unfortunately, between my first order, about a year ago, and my most recent order, something happened to the quality of the material used in the manufacturing of the product. My most recent T’s were nowhere near the quality of the first batch. The only clues for why this might be were in the labels sewn into the shirts. The first batch I purchased were made in Pakistan, and were of a very high quality. My recent purchase left much to be desired, both in the quality of the material and the fit. The latest purchase, according to the label sewn into it, were made in South America (Peru, Chili–cannot remember) and not nearly of the quality of those made in Pakistan. Unfortunately, there is no way of knowing where the item is made when purchasing, so I would be reluctant to order the same item again, as experience tells me I may not be getting what I was expecting to receive. A shame, really, as I really love the shirts that were made in Pakistan. They are heavier than the most recent batch and hold their shape much better when laundered.

I bought two of these T-Shirts having my reservations on the quality verses the price. I was surprised that they were a great fit but waited to post my review until after I washed them. Surprise again, not much shrinkage at all after a few washings.

I really like the fit around the neck and the length is much longer than the “Fruit of the Loom” shirts I previously purchased.

    I just ordered five more!
